Tim is in his first season with the Redhawks. Tim is an Advanced Level 4 Hockey Coach and has had 32 years of coaching experience. Tim has a lot of instructor experience ranging from Alpine Hockey School (Kimberley, BC, CAN), Lakeland Hockey School (Penticton, BC, CAN), Phoenix Coyotes Hockey School (Phoenix, AZ), Ultra Skills Hockey (Ottawa, ON, CAN) and Hockey in the Rockies.  Tim played 195 games professionally in the now-defunct North American Hockey League and the International Hockey  League after a junior career with the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League. 

Assistant Coach - Robert McLean

     Coach McLean, who had a cup of coffee with the American Hockey League, comes to the Redhawks from Penn State University.  McLean came to Penn State with more than nine years of NHL experience, serving as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Colorado Avalanche for two seasons (2010-12). Prior to Colorado, McLean was the head strength & conditioning specialist for BRS Sports for two years and also worked as a strength and conditioning specialist with High Performance Specialists from 1999-2000.  He has also served on the staffs of the New Jersey Devils and the Florida Panthers.

                                                                    Assistant Coach - Matt Stein

The co-owner at Axe Grind Studios in Chandler, Arizona, Matt is the former Marketing and Sales Director for the Redhawks and now brings his hockey knowledge to the ice.  He is involved with Desert Mountain High School’s hockey program and has scouted this season for the Redhawks.  The Boston native graduated from ASU and will also be coordinating social media for the club.
 

   Consultant - Mark Ciaccio 

    Mark is in his first season consulting the Redhawks and is currently the Director of Player Development of the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League and their affiliates. Mark was an Assistant Coach for the Phoenix Coyotes for thirteen seasons and will work with the Redhawks as their European liaison as well. Ciaccio was Head Coach of the New Mexico Scorpions of the now-defunct Western Professional Hockey League. Mark also developed the ice hockey program at Notre Dame Preparatory High School, serving as head coach for seven seasons and leading them to five state championships and three regional championships.

Billet Director - Holly Case

    Holly has been with the Redhawks for four seasons. She has housed twelve players herself and has placed many more in homes around the Valley. Holly believes that the off-ice experience directly contributes to the on-ice experience and is passionate about making sure the players are well taken care of. Holly lives in Phoenix with her three children; Rylee, Paityn & Cody.
